So, yea, we just watched The Little Mermaid. You really can't beat it. I'm back in the city tonight (for good, for my LAST semester) where we had a girl's night with margarita's and movies. Shrek Two and The Little Mermaid to be exact. Of course, the second Shrek is better than the first, but neither can beat old-school Disney. I hope that they continue to make the REAL Disney movies in the future. I'm afraid that Pixar will totally take over with the computer animation movies.

Anyways. I've (we've) decided that Under the Sea and Kiss the Girl are, by far, two of the best songs ever. Under the Sea just has some great words and is so much fun. It's right up there with Friend Like Me from Aladdin (so hot!). But, here Sebatian made every eight-year-old girl I know of what to live in the ocean. I sure did - yes, when I got in the pool I "pretended" to be a mermaid. Duh, life is the bubbles...what more is you lookin' for?

As for Kiss the Girl, I remember being on the edge of my little seat just waiting for that magical kiss to happen. I can imagine the crazy butterflies that Ariel and Hot Eric were feeling as the sexual tension grew. (I probably called it something else then.) I still wait for those butterflies. Actually, I demand them. Honestly, when I was going out with Nathan, he treated me like gold - always taking me out to fancy dinners, dancing and what-not, but I never ever felt the butterflies. Hence, the break up. Then he turned into a piece of shit, but ya know, at the time he was a doll. LoL.

Yes, you want her. Look at her, you know you do.
